Tools

What we work with.

Every engagement combines two kinds of tools: some to understand culture as it is actually lived, and others to put it into practice. We do not lecture about culture: we read it and we act it out.

01Diagnosis

First, understand.

We read culture as it is lived, not as it is declared. Before moving anything, we understand how the organization really thinks, decides and collaborates.

Contribution assessments (The GC Index®)

Contribution assessments (The GC Index®)

We measure how each person contributes to collective work —their way of making things move, not their personality— to reveal the team’s real energy and where drive is missing or excessive. We combine this and other culture instruments as the case requires.

Collaboration network analysis (ONA)

Collaboration network analysis (ONA)

We map how information and trust really flow: who connects with whom, where knowledge lives and where collaboration breaks. It is literally seeing what happens between people.

Organizational ethnography

Organizational ethnography

Participant observation, day-to-day shadowing and field interviews. We get into the real operation to read culture where it happens, not in a survey.

02Intervention

Then, move.

We put behaviors into practice before reality demands them. Tools that let change be rehearsed, felt and sustained.

Narrative and storytelling

Narrative and storytelling

We work with scriptwriters and composers to build the story the organization needs to tell itself. A good story aligns, moves and is remembered when the data is forgotten.

Applied theatre and improvisation

Applied theatre and improvisation

The stage as a safe laboratory: teams rehearse difficult conversations and new behaviors before taking them into reality. You learn by acting, not by listening.

Percussion and polyrhythm

Percussion and polyrhythm

Collective rhythm as a practice of coordination and listening: many hands, many patterns, a single pulse. An ensemble teaches, through the body, how something is built together.

Talking circles

Talking circles

A space where each person says what they think safely and is heard without interruption. The foundation of trust: speaking truly and knowing someone is listening.

We choose the tool according to your moment, not the other way around.
